Applications open Cohort 1
A live 2-day challenge with Kelvin Jenkins · September 10 + 11

You keep asking if you can lead. In two days, you'll have the reps to answer it yourself.

The Leader as Coach Challenge is two live days where you stop auditioning for a feeling and start collecting evidence. Not a course you watch. A room where you lead, out loud, with coaching in the moment.

Apply for Cohort 1

30 seats. Applications close Friday, August 7, 11:59pm PT. $297 when you're accepted. Full refund if it doesn't move you.

The question that brought you here

Two people tend to find this page.

The first one has been around a while. You're good at what you do. People already come to you. And you have stepped around leadership on purpose, because you watched it done badly up close and you refuse to become that person. Your no was never fear. It was standards.

The second one is newer. A few years in. You want it. You feel it in the meeting where nobody says the thing everybody is thinking. But a voice says who are you to lead, sit down, wait your turn.

Different resumes. Same question underneath.

Can I actually lead?

Here is the honest answer, and the reason this page exists: you have been trying to answer that question by feeling. You will never feel your way to it. Readiness isn't a feeling. It's reps. And reps are exactly what you have never been given a room to run.

That is the whole point of these two days.

Why you don't feel ready

You have been measuring against a lie.

Somewhere along the way you were handed a picture of what a leader is. Loud. Certain. Smartest voice in the room. Never rattled, never wrong, born with it.

When you ask yourself if you can lead, you are measuring against that picture. And you keep coming up short.

Good. You should. The picture is fiction. It does not exist at any level. What exists at every level is people who quietly built the real thing instead of performing the fake one.

You are not behind. Nobody sat you down and taught you the difference between having a title and becoming the person the title was supposed to name. School taught you to have the right answer. Work promoted you for output. Then someone handed you a bigger calendar and called it leadership.

You didn't fail leadership. The pipeline failed you. And a pipeline problem has a fix.

What the Challenge actually is

Two days. Live. With me. September 10 and 11.

It's called a Challenge and not a course for one reason. You don't watch it. You do it. By the end you will have led, more than once, in a room where a clumsy rep costs you nothing and the coaching is immediate.

01

Build the identity

We build the thing the title never gave you. The full Mindsets work, so you can catch your own thinking under pressure and reset it before it runs you. The complete Cycle of Stuck, so you can see the trap most new leaders fall into years before it reaches you. And the moment you stop asking whether you are leader material and start operating like a leader in training. On purpose. Out loud. In a room of people doing the same thing.

02

Run the reps

This is where it becomes real. Coaching conversations, practiced with real people, not read about. Delegating without dumping. Setting expectations people actually meet. The one-on-one that builds someone instead of just checking on them. Difficult conversations, on one page, so you stop avoiding the ones that matter. And self-coaching, so when the pressure hits and I am not in the room, you can run it yourself and lead anyway.

You will leave Friday night having led.

Everything you get

Your seat includes the room, the reps, and the tools to keep going.

Two live days of coaching and practice with me

The core of it. Nobody sells two days of live, coached leadership practice for less than four figures, and I know it.

The First 90 Days Action Plan

So the Monday after the Challenge, you know exactly which rep you're running each week for the next quarter. The identity doesn't hold on motivation. It holds on a plan.

The BE CALM conversation tool

The exact framework for the hard conversation you've been avoiding, on one page. The same one my county clients use when the stakes are real.

The One-on-One Meeting Framework

So the first one-on-one you ever run, you run better than most managers with ten years in.

Recordings of both days

Yours to keep and rerun.

The price, and why

The decision is about your commitment, not your bank account.

Let me be straight about why. My private clients invest $1,000 for a single session, and organizations pay me a great deal more than that for two days. This is priced so the decision is about your commitment, not your bank account.

It costs enough that you will show up, because free things get treated like free things. And it costs little enough that "I can't afford it" is, for most working adults, a different sentence wearing a disguise. Usually the real sentence is "I'm not sure I belong there."

That sentence is the exact reason to come.

Think about what the doubt has already cost you. The role you didn't raise your hand for. The raise that went with it. The idea that died in your notes app because you didn't feel senior enough to say it out loud. The doubt is the most expensive thing you own. $297 to start dismantling it is the cheapest it will ever be.

The guarantee

I want the risk on my side of the table.

Show up. Do both days. Run the reps. If at the end you honestly tell me it didn't move you, I refund the full $297 and we part as friends. Just ask within seven days of Day Two.

The only way to lose money on this is to not show up to your own leadership.

Who Cohort 1 is for

A small room for people ready to do the work.

This is the first cohort I have ever run. That means two things. You get me at maximum attention. And it's capped at 30 seats, because live coached reps do not scale past that.

Come if

  • You are done auditioning for a feeling and want evidence instead.
  • You have avoided leadership on purpose and want to do it without becoming the leader you resent.
  • You are early and serious, and tired of waiting for permission that isn't coming.
  • You will actually show up both days and do the work, not just collect another framework.

Don't come if

  • You want to watch, take notes, and file it away. This is a room where you lead out loud. If that's a no for you, I'd rather you know now.
  • You want someone to hand you the answers. I don't sell answers. I build the person who can find them.
How it works

Four steps. Two minutes to start.

01

You apply.

Four questions, about two minutes. There is no buy button, on purpose. A room like this only works when everyone in it is serious.

02

I read it.

I read every application personally. If it's a fit, you'll hear back quickly, often the same day.

03

You claim your seat.

Accepted applicants get 48 hours to claim their spot with the $297. Once 30 are claimed, the room is closed.

04

You get ready.

The moment you're in, I send your pre-work and everything you need so you arrive ready to lead, not scrambling.

Questions, answered straight

Before you apply.

I'm slammed. Two days is a lot.

Fair. It's two days, and the reps you leave with are built to run inside the job you already have, not on top of it. Asking a better question in a meeting takes less time than the answer you would have given. This isn't homework. It's a different way of doing the hours you're already working. And if two days feels impossible, ask yourself gently what five more years of the same question costs.

$297 is real money.

It is, and I priced it out of respect, not out of reach. Here's the math I'd want you to run. What has the doubt already cost you? The role, the raise, the idea you didn't voice. The doubt is the most expensive thing you own. $297 to start dismantling it is a bargain, and it's the cheapest it will ever be.

What will people think if they see me trying to level up?

This is the real one, and I won't steamroll it. Yes, deciding to lead is visible. Some part of you hears that as exposure. But flip it. They are already watching you. The only choice you have is what they see. And you won't be reaching alone. You'll be in a room of people making the exact same decision. That's why the room exists.

What if I've never managed anyone?

Then you're in the right place. This is about the identity and the reps, not your title. Some of the strongest people in a cohort like this have never had a direct report. You already lead. We're going to make it deliberate.

What are the dates and times?

Day One is Thursday, September 10. Day Two is Friday, September 11. Live on Zoom, [TIME_BLOCK]. You get the recordings, but the reps only happen live, so plan to be there both days.

Already leading and want one-on-one depth instead?

Then the Challenge might not be your door. The Clarity Session is a private 90-minute working session with me, $1,000, and there are a handful each month. Explore the Clarity Session.

The last word

You came to this page asking if you can lead.

You've watched leadership done badly and sworn a quiet vow about it. That's a philosophy. You take ownership of things that were never yours to own. Those are reps. People already trust you with what matters. That's the effect. The raw material was never missing. Can was never the question.

The question is will.

And unlike readiness, will isn't a feeling either. It's a decision, and it has a timestamp. The application takes two minutes. It closes Friday, August 7. Cohort 1 starts September 10.

Lead like it matters. Because to the people you lead, it's the only thing that does.
